Stress began his professional design career in the early 1990s after earning dual A.A.S. degrees from Mohawk Valley Community College and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the State University of New York at Fredonia. His dedication to design education and mentorship led him to his current role as Professor of Practice at the Syracuse University School of Design, where he shares his expertise with emerging designers, helping them bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice.
